Our experiences: gourmet baskets with attentions for special occasions
At Les Cabanes des Grands Chênes, the local is sacred! We carefully select our partners to offer you the best producers and artisans in Hauts-de-France. Discover our gourmet baskets, from breakfast to dinner, To be ordered 5 days before your getaway. Delivered cold, they will be dropped off at the foot of your cabin, and brought up to the pulley. These baskets include everything you need (dishes, raclette or fondue machine, stove for casserole dishes...). Complete your experience with our drinks and regional products available at the reception store.
Breakfast basket
Because breakfast is the most precious moment of the day, we have created a gourmet basket for you, generously filled with local products to awaken your taste buds and start the day gently.
You have the choice between Three formulas (1 formula per person):
- Fresh breakfast : 1 yogurt, 1 croissant, 1 seed bread
- Traditional breakfast : 1 croissant, 1 chocolate bread, 1 seed bread
- Children's breakfast : 1 mini croissant, 1 mini chocolate bread, 1 mini briochette
Your basket will be completed with delicious fresh and invigorating apple juice, hot drinks of your choice (coffee, tea or hot chocolate), as well as a selection of jam, honey and butter.

Brunch basket with late check out
Our delicious brunch with late check out (13:00 instead of 11:00) allows you to taste even more local products and enjoy your cabin longer!
On the menu: Viennoiseries (chocolate bread, croissant), half-tradition, chocolate muffins, chocolate muffins, chocolate muffins, chocolate muffins, yogurts, granolas, ham and coppa slices, Brie de Meaux with basil or truffle (raw milk), Moelleux des Bauges (raw milk), soft boiled eggs, soft-boiled eggs, yogurt, honey, butter, apple juice, milk on request.
Price for minimum 2 people: 65€
Delivered between 10:30 and 10:45am.
Subject to availability. The classic breakfast basket will not be served if you order a brunch basket. Vegetarian option available (vegetable quiche instead of charcuterie).

Aperitif baskets
To be enjoyed on the terrace of your cabin or simply in your Nordic bath, our gourmet aperitif baskets for 2 people invite you to share an unforgettable moment.
- Champagne aperitif (30€) : 1/2 bottle of champagne (37.5cl), aperitif cakes and Soissons beans
- Beer aperitif (25€) : 2 33cl beers, pâté, bread and seasonal vegetable pickles
- Soft aperitif (25€): 2 33cl softs, pâté, bread and seasonal vegetable pickles
- Aperitif 1 child (5€) : lemonade and a small pack of chips.
Burrata & focaccia

On site, we invite you to select the drink of your choice in our local product shop: beers, soft drinks, wine, Champagne... (at an additional cost).
RACLETTE AND FONDUES
Warm up the atmosphere with these hot gourmet dinner baskets!
- Bourguignonne fondue : tasty beef of French origin, oil for cooking meat, sauces, Rattes du Touquet potatoes, bread ball, cookies with dark chocolate & milk pieces. To be ordered at least 3 days before your stay.
- Fondue with porcini mushrooms: assortment of Abondance/Dent du Chat cheeses, porcini mushrooms, a touch of dry white wine, Rattes du Touquet potatoes, sliced bread ball, cookies with dark and milk chocolate pieces.
- Savoyard fondue : assortment of Abondance/Dent du Chat cheeses, a touch of dry white wine, Rattes du Touquet potatoes, sliced bread ball, cookies with dark and milk chocolate pieces.
- Raclette: assortment of natural cheeses made with raw milk from Savoy, smoked and Morbier AOP, accompanied by a selection of charcuteries (cooked ham, raw ham, rosette, coppa and dried fillet). Complete your meal with Rattes du Touquet potatoes, a ball of fresh bread and, for a sweet touch, 2 cookies with pieces of dark chocolate and milk.
Price (excluding drinks) for 2 people: 50€ (55€ for the porcini mushroom fondue).

In order to preserve the harmony of flavors, our menus, created with care by our chef, cannot be modified. Starting on February 1, the menus will evolve to offer you seasonal selections.

- 1 cookie or 1 brownie depending on the dessert of the day.
